I'm really bummed to miss out on this summer's Pitchfork Music Festival, which starts today. Last year, we had such a good time hanging out with friends and family in good ole Chi-town. And, it's just so damned cheap! I would love to see Fleet Foxes, my latest obsession, live. Sigh....
Using Imeem, Pitchfork has put this nifty set of playlists featuring songs from this year's line-up. [Oh, and y'all have met Imeem, right? It's the place to go and make & share playlists, and basically listen to any/every song. I guess it's legal cuz it's streaming and not downloadable?]

What's this All About?
Most of the time I live in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in the fair state of New York.
Now, I temporarily live on the border of Brooklin and Blue Hill, in Coastal Maine while I intern at a film archive. Just an hour's drive from Acadia National Park, they call this neck of the woods "Down East."
With a population of 1.2 million people, more people participate in New York's Puerto Rican Day Parade than live in the entire state of Maine.
